Job Description
WebCodeGenie Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator with over 2 to 4 years of proven experience in understanding the client’s requirements and ensuring the development team is handling them properly. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in preparing sprints, requirement documents, wireframes, and the flow of features in an application. The candidate must be self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing projects.
Strong proficiency in executing websites and custom development (Mobile and Web Application) with developers.
Should have experience in executing and managing Custom frameworks with multiple business concepts.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to create wireframes, process diagrams, and workflow charts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
An IT Background and being familiar with IT technologies is an add-on.
Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.
Experience in working with Custom Frameworks.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project deliverables, developers’ working hours, and project budgets (if fixed cost).
Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Give a time-to-time update to the client, where all updates should be shared and noted.
Manage project changes and handle all urgent requests from the client.
Help Developers understand project tasks as required.
Making sure the client’s views are managed towards the best solution.
Should have experience in working with multiple Project Management Tools to create Stories and Epics.
Knowledge about gathering the knowledge and understanding the client’s requirements, including explaining requirements to respected technical departments.
Ensuring final deliverables and taking responsibility for client satisfaction.
