Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and IT industry knowledge, with the ability to manage the sales pipeline and develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Qualification

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, an advanced degree is a plus.

Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.

Experience in the IT industry or related fields.

Job Requirement

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in the outbound and in-bound sales process.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others in them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will be responsible for generating new business in the company while managing and building the sales team.
