Safari Vet is a website that offers pet wellness plans, boarding services, and grooming. There is a pre-made subscription for the pet in the wellness plan, and options have been provided in it to accommodate users’ budgets. The subscription includes the tests and vaccinations that the pets require, as well as add-on options for a few vaccinations and medications that aren’t commonly required for all pets. There is also the option to upgrade or downgrade the subscription, as well as a cancellation feature. You can board your pets and select a cage type based on your needs at the boarding service. There is also a feature in boarding that allows you to take pictures of your pet before boarding and after boarding, as well as note the medication details of pets if they are kept on any. They offer many services for pets under grooming services such as bathing, nail cutting, hair trimming, ear cleaning, and so on. These services are combined in different plans based on the needs of the pet. In addition, if they require any additional services for their pets, an add-on feature is provided.

The client had a desktop app that had several flaws, so they wanted a web app with a subscription-based system for puppies, adult dogs, and other pets. The client wanted a web application for maintaining and keeping all processes transparent with their customers because desktop applications only had an admin panel, making maintenance more difficult. They also wanted to include boarding and grooming services in the web application, as well as a health map that provides a pet’s health report and suggests medicines and products based on the results of the report.

It was initially difficult to convert a desktop app into a web app without having the actual codes and relying solely on its front-end design.
The client had envisioned a subscription-based system with numerous flaws that would be difficult to implement in practice.
Currently, everything is handled by a single clinic, but they hope to implement this system in 30 clinics in the near future. However, implementing it in 30 clinics poses the challenge of giving commissions because different clinics would have different percentages of commission intake and customers could go to any clinic, making it difficult to handle this type of situation.
When boarding services first began, there were only single-cage options for dogs, which made it difficult for dogs with puppies to be kept in separate cages.
Grooming costs were difficult to manage because a single price cannot be implied for different pets.
A particular groomer may be overbooked.
During the grooming service, the customer did not receive a runtime update of the pets.
Creating a health map that will provide pet reports based on questions asked to pet owners and answers given by them.

We included a feature in the web application for customers who only wanted bathing services for their pets and not full grooming services.
Groomers are not over or under-booked for that we implied a point plan if the groomer has points he can be booked for that day or else his next availability will be shown to the customer.
Pet owners were given a live tracking process of their pet, which showed that the bathing process was currently underway and that the grooming process had begun, and so on.
Bathers and groomers notified pet owners if they observed any abnormal behavior in their pets so that the pet could be cared for. This report was also saved so that other bathers and groomers could take note of it during the next session.
In our web application for grooming services, we added a feature that asks for the type and weight of the pet, and the price of the service is calculated accordingly.

Safari Vet web application was created by developers in such a way that managing software for clients became simple.
We proposed that the subscription plan include upgrade and downgrade features.
Extra services that were not required on a monthly basis were also added to the "add on" list, allowing customers to add those services to a cart other than their subscription plan if necessary.
In the boarding service, we have made various types of cages available for all types of pets based on demand and in greater quantity.
As per the user's request, we put multiple pets in a single cage for boarding.
The health map included the feature of providing a detailed questionnaire to the pet owner and generating a report based on their answers; the health map was divided into three sections: prevention, examination, and cure.

Most importantly their revenue multiplied every year, initially, they had 200 users and just 100 active subscriptions but after launching the web application currently, they have 600 active subscriptions and overall 1200 users.
After converting it into a web application software management for the client became very easy.
The management of subscriptions became transparent for both client and his customers.
They could handle multiple customer details and pet services at one-time.
